Episcopal Impact Fund awarded $2,000 to HCSM Shelter Feeding Program for the improvement of the kitchen used to cook and prepare foods for the shelter residents of South San Francisco. Thanks to Kathleen Piraino, the Board of Trustees of EIF and all the donors and supporters of EIM. (July 2017)
Holy Child and St Martin Shelter Feeding Volunteers received a community award from the office of Senator Jerry Hill of CA 13th district through the Samaritan House Partnership Program. Every 3rd Sunday of the month, HCSM volunteers cook variety of well balanced food at Church and serve them hot to 120 residents at Samaritan House Harbor Shelter Inn in South San Francisco.
HCSM is in partnership with St Mary the Virgin Episcopal Church of San Francisco and other individual donors to sustain this program the whole year round. This community outreach program, with all the volunteers hopes to continue for years with the help of donors like you. To God be the glory!
